Shipping Locations We currently ship premium houseplants throughout the United States. Due to agricultural regulations and plant health considerations, we may be unable to ship certain plants to specific states (such as AZ, CA, HI, and others with strict plant import restrictions). Any restrictions will be noted on the product page.
Processing & Delivery Times
- Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days
- Delivery times vary by location and shipping method, generally 5-10 business days after processing
- During peak seasons or extreme weather conditions, processing and delivery may take longer to ensure your plants arrive healthy
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions on orders over a certain threshold.
Plant Care During Transit All plants are carefully packaged by our trusted growers to ensure they arrive healthy and ready to thrive. Plants are shipped with protective packaging and may arrive slightly stressed from travel—this is normal and they typically recover within a few days with proper care.
Weather & Seasonal Considerations We monitor weather conditions closely and may delay shipments during extreme heat or cold to protect plant health. If your area is experiencing extreme temperatures, we'll notify you and work with you on the best delivery timing.
Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.
Delivery Issues We work with reliable carriers to ensure safe delivery. Once your order is transferred to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you. If you experience any issues with your delivery or your plants arrive damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can help resolve the situation.
